456dd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "456dd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 456dd platform and its operating entity, which provides online betting and casino gaming services accessible at 456dd.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 456dd, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered by 456dd.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player on the 456dd platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, slots, and any other entertainment products offered through the 456dd platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the 456dd platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by 456dd to a player's account under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 456dd. Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions:

• Completing the registration process and creating a 456dd account;
• Clicking the acceptance checkbox during the registration workflow;
• Logging in to an existing 456dd account after these Terms have been updated;
• Placing any bet or wager through the 456dd platform;
• Making any deposit or withdrawal through your 456dd account.

456dd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Registration

• You are not diagnosed with or being treated for a gambling addiction at the time of registration.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. 456dd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or utility bill for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 456dd may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 456dd platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Management

Once your 456dd account is registered and verified, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings.

You must keep your 456dd login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. 456dd will never request your password by email, telephone, or any other channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 456dd, it should be treated as fraudulent.

456dd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The account is being used in breach of these Terms;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requires it;
• The account holder is a minor or has misrepresented their age.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 456dd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — mobile financial service;
• Nagad — digital financial service;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking);
• Upay — mobile wallet;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank account transfer;
• City Bank account transfer;
• BRAC Bank account transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request. 456dd reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to players.

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

All funds deposited into your 456dd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 456dd reserves the right to request proof that the funding source belongs to the account holder as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

456dd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or resolution of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

456dd offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 456dd unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players with verified 456dd accounts who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each specific offer;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of this period;
• 456dd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account;

456dd actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Patterns that indicate abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, or any form of collusion — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of any winnings derived from the abused bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 456dd is subject to the specific rules governing each product type. These product-level rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the 456dd platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the product rules.

The following general rules apply across all 456dd betting and gaming products:

• All bets are placed at the risk of the player. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. All games involve chance, and the house edge applies to all casino products;
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 456dd platform. A bet confirmation screen or reference number serves as proof of acceptance;

For sports betting, 456dd reserves the right to suspend markets, limit stakes, or void markets at any time where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting activity, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question. 456dd follows the decisions of the relevant sporting authority (ICC, BCB, etc.) with respect to match results and any decisions affecting match outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456dd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration;
• Using the 456dd platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 456dd;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using 456dd as a vehicle to transfer or conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with fair play, including through coordinated bonus-harvesting across multiple accounts;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 456dd staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract data from the 456dd platform without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 456dd platform — including but not limited to the 456dd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 456dd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 456dd platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 456dd content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 456dd content;
• Use any 456dd trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an affiliation with 456dd that does not exist;
• Frame or mirror any part of the 456dd platform on any other website or service without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 456dd's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who become aware of any unauthorised use of 456dd's intellectual property are encouraged to report it to [email protected].

Privacy & Data Protection

456dd takes the privacy and security of player data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data by 456dd is governed by the 456dd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 456dd.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an account with 456dd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Identity verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance;
• Processing of financial transactions and prevention of fraud;
• Provision of customer support services;
• Compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations;

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 456dd platform or any service offered through it, whether or not such interruption was within 456dd's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information or content published on the 456dd platform, including odds, statistics, or game-related information;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account credentials;
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking institutions, etc.).

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 456dd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

456dd provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 456dd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Amendments to Terms

456dd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 456dd will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a prominent notice on the platform homepage, an in-account notification, or an email to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 456dd platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the 456dd platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 456dd operates its services with reference to the laws and regulations applicable to its players in Bangladesh.

456dd does not make any representation that the services offered on the 456dd platform are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 456dd complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a player and 456dd that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team at [email protected] will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the platform's full legal documentation. 456dd will always endeavour to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
